The furniture is delivered in boxes and palletized, so please write down on the delivery note any friction, breakage or damage that you observe during unloading. The pallet is wrapped in plastic film, if said plastic has been tampered with or has signs of any friction or damage, please write it down on the delivery note that you return to the carrier. Any claim must be accompanied by photographs at the time of download.
