Returns

Once you receive the order at home, you have a period of 14 calendar days to manage the return.

To accept the return, the product must be in its original packaging and not have been manipulated or assembled in the case of furniture.

The refund of the money in case of return will be made once the item has been received and through the same payment method that was used to purchase said item.

Returns will not be accepted outside the period mentioned above. The amount of any product that has been damaged by the customer or whose original packaging is damaged in a way that goes beyond its simple opening will not be reimbursed either; or only partially reimbursed.

In the returns the client will not have any penalty but he will have to bear the collection costs generated by his return.
